Your purchase includes a personalized digital Tattoo Permission Certificate identifying the selected artwork and documenting this personal-use permission.

Your Tattoo Permission Pass includes:

• Permission for one person
• Use of one existing eligible Seaglass & Clover design
• Permission for one personal tattoo
• A personalized digital Tattoo Permission Certificate
• Permission for your tattoo artist to reference the selected artwork solely to create the authorized tattoo

Your tattoo artist may make reasonable adjustments needed for placement, sizing, line work, and tattoo readability. Significant redesigns or other commercial uses are not included.

After ordering: Please provide the design name/item number and the name you would like printed on your certificate. If you are unsure which design you have, contact Seaglass & Clover with a screenshot or description.

This Tattoo Permission Pass is a record of limited permission from Seaglass & Clover for one personal tattoo only. It is not a sale, assignment, or transfer of copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual-property rights, and it should not be understood as a representation that Seaglass & Clover owns every right that may exist in the selected image. The artwork may not be reproduced or used for stickers, apparel, prints, merchandise, logos, branding, digital products, commercial tattoo flash, advertising, resale, redistribution, or any other commercial purpose under this permission.

One pass = one design + one person + one tattoo. Additional tattoos require additional passes.

Because this is a digital permission product, all sales are final once permission has been issued.

AI-assisted and/or third-party-inspired artwork: Some Seaglass & Clover designs may be created with AI-assisted tools or contain references or inspiration associated with third parties. This pass documents only Seaglass & Clover's permission for the personal tattoo use described above. It does not grant, transfer, or make any representation about copyright ownership or rights belonging to third parties, including trademarks, copyrighted material, names, likenesses, characters, or other intellectual property.
